My family absolutely loved this place and can’t wait to visit the other themed spots! The escape room was so well done and more challenging than expected. (I strongly recommend finishing the escape room on your first night, especially if you’re bringing kids.) The hosts were communicative and more than helpful and the house itself was just as cool as promised!

My family stayed at the game house, we had football competition in the area. I have Teens and a baby and the game house was great for all the ages! It was so much fun for all of us and comfy you felt right at home. The Hosts were amazing left great instructions on everything. I have literally recommended the game house to everyone I know. I would love to experience one of there other places also! If you are going to WV at all id recommend finding one the these host houses because they are amazing and accommodating!!!!

We had a blast staying at this 80’s themed house! The amount of detail that the hosts put into the house was incredible. It took us over 4 hours to complete the escape room and we used a lot of hints too! The kids loved the Pizza Hut kitchen, pac man and playing Nintendo. We can’t wait to go back.

We surprised our kids with this Airbnb for our son’s 7th birthday. They were both very excited when we got there & they realized it was Harry Potter themed. The rooms were all decorated and had so many little details to take in. The place looks like the pictures. We watched several of the movies provided while we were there and our kids would’ve been happy to not leave to go to restaurants or to do any other activities during our stay. There was a HP board game and several others too The escape room in the closet between the two bedrooms was also fun. Plan to allow time to do that for more added fun! Easy to say the kids did not want to leave when it was our time to checkout.

Our family enjoyed a birthday celebration weekend in a very fun house. The game house is imaginatively themed and fun to explore. We used all of the host’s restaurants recommendations and found them to be spot on!This house is fun for all ages!!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Lucky Penny. Everything was as described or better and was very cozy and well thought out. Camper was warm enough even in January with the temp being in the teens. Great location to Fayetteville and the New River Gorge. Peaceful surroundings and little light pollution, perfect for enjoying the outdoor fire pit!

Beautiful stay! Hosts were very kind! We had originally booked for two nights but had to leave a night early due to a snow storm, but I couldn’t t recommend the spot enough!

What a unique, fun, clean & cozy place! Fantastic escape room for many levels with some challenging puzzles that allowed hints if you wanted them. Kept the interest of my family, especially our kiddos- 14 & 19 yrs old that they wanted more after they solved it. Excellent for cryptid enthusiasts, particularly Mothman. So much cryptid eye candy in every room that you are constantly discovering new things. I was worried about it being too creepy, but it was cozy & relaxing- with very classy touches in each room: I loved the specific and intentional attention to detail- well thought out , which I appreciated. Clean linens, bathrooms & comfy beds. Cute kitchen that was well-stocked with a nice variety of coffees, teas & sweeteners- good quality choices as well. Also, anytime we had a quick question, the hosts always answered in a very timely manner. Even if you aren't into cryptids or escape rooms, this house was tons of fun with many games & a nice tv in basement.

This had to be the most unique, atmospheric, and fun Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! The amount of detail that went into the escape room puzzles was incredible - and made them all the more challenging and fun to solve. My sisters and I had everything we needed for the weekend and the location was lovely. Decent restaurants and great outdoor spaces. Would highly recommend this place for anyone who’s a fan of Mothman and/or escape rooms.

This place was insane! Very good job w making it feel like a blast from the past! The escape room was so fun and took us so long to figure out. AMAZING!
